Why America should be wary of Matteo Renzi?

Matteo Renzi goes America to have dinner with Mr. President Barack Obama. An important event for Italian and American Democrats. But what United States have to earn?

• Matteo Renzi’s electoral reform envisages a ballotage with the winner that doubles the deputies and the opposition will have the sits behalved.

Furthermore,

• not few Democrats are involved in corruption and embezzlement scandals and arrests
• in Rome, the Democrats have collected less than 10% of the votes of members voting
• in Italy the Democrats collect less than 25% of the votes of members voting.

Remebered the former communist president who appointed Matteo Renzi as Prime Minister, do not forget that the Italian Democrats are the heirs of the Italian Communist Party and of the populist Christian Democracy Party in turn heirs of the core of former fascist popular consensus.

Is there anything better than Matteo Renzi in Italy? Maybe yes maybe not.
It just depends on whether or not you want to try to search and support him/her or not.

Il caso Hollande, Matteo Renzi ed il crepuscolo della Sinistra europea

In questo scorcio d’estate, tra le tante drammatiche vicende in corso, troviamo il crollo verticale della sinistra nel settore in cui ‘da sempre’ si è autonominata egemone e ultacompetente: la questione morale e le politiche sociali.

Il colpo di grazia, forse, è stato nell’intervento della BCE sui tassi, sui bond e sui mutui o finanziamenti a famiglie e imprese: la banca cassiera è dovuta intervenire perchè in Francia e Italia i rispettivi parlamenti (Hollande e Renzi) non riuscivano a legiferare adeguatamente.

Il motivo per il quale i partiti di sinistra europei non riescono a concepire e/o legiferare le riforme che servono risiede – ormai palesemente – nella loro base elettorale sempre più composta da privilegiati.

A partire dai salotti buoni dove siamo arrivati alla seconda /terza generazione di ‘intellettuali’ che fanno capo a famiglie latifondiste e imprenditoriali di provincia: facile infarcirsi di concetti metropolitani e cosmopoliti, se si nasce con qualche rendita e se a casa propria nulla cambia.

Ed, a proposito di rendite, un’altra fascia di elettori son coloro che oggi si ritrovano con qualche lauto investimento, dato che la casetta del nonno in periferia oggi è semicentrale e si affitta benissimo a chi arriva da qualche sud del mondo.

Sempre restando nelle rendite, nella base elettorale di sinistra ci sono i sindacati che – ovunque e dovunque – difendono da un decennio pensioni sovradimensionate e tagli lineari per chi ha meno di 55 anni, visto che – ovunque e dovunque – hanno qualche poltrona nei Cda delle assicurazioni e nella previdenza e … la cassa va difesa.

Ed aggiungiamo – tra i privilegiati – quel piccolo esercito che vive di sussidi e welfare, assommando un reddito reale che molto spesso è superiore a quello di un modesto lavoratore.

Non è avvenuto solo in Italia, ma ovunque in Europa: il libro di Valérie Trierweiler non accusa un uomo, ma un sistema culturale abitato da redivivi e effimeri farisei e tenuto in piedi a colpi di panem et circenses.

Dal quadro d’insieme emerge una sinistra – oggi come oggi – inadatta a farsi promotrice della cultura del lavoro, della protezione sociale e della responsabilità democratica: il caso Hollande scoppiato in Francia ne è solo la punta dell’iceberg e il consolidamento dell’ascesa di Le Pen ne è la riprova.
Non è un caso che Renzi il riformatore oggi  ricordi “chi si spacca la schiena” e manda avanti il Paese.

Il tutto senza dimenticare che tra Italia, Francia e Germania è lunga davvero la serie di politici di second’ordine coinvolti in scandali miserabili nell’arco dell’ultimo ventennio, specie se si confida su bastioni elettorali sempre più anziani o privilegiati.

Come anche prendiamo atto dai fatti recenti che l’Internazionale Socialista non esiste più:

1. Matteo Renzi, segretario d’Europa, appoggia a senso unico Barack Obama, magari sperando un posto in ‘prima fila’ dalle parti di Aleppo o a Gerusalemme, perchè no, tutto fa share. Intanto, in un Parlamento dove il PD è egemone sono due anni che le riforme annaspano.
2. la Germania del viceCancelliere SPD Sigmar Gabriel negozia sottobanco con Putin ottenendo gas in cambio di ‘cordoni umanitari’ in Ucraina e – forse – in Siria per i Russi, con buona pace di chi sperasse di spedire qualche marò anche da quelle parti.
3. la Francia leftista di Francois Hollande è alle prese con l’integrazione forzata degli islamici in casa propria, l’espansione di Ebola nella sua Francafrique  e il disastro dei suoi complotti a Bengasi. La solidarietà tra popoli della Rivoluzione è solo un ricordo.
4. in Inghilterra, il glorioso Labour Party di Ed Miliband sembra essere definitivamente il terzo partito e ci si prepara a ricostituire un armata nordica – con Norvegia, Danimarca e Repubbliche Baltiche – per inerporsi ai Rus ed agli Ucraini/Polacchi, proprio mentre il ricordo degli antichi fasti pagani e indoeuropei sta riemergendo potentemente.

Evidentemente, gli interessi dei lavoratori e del popolo dei diversi stati sono diversi se non divergenti, secondo i differenti partiti della Sinistra in Europa, ma  …  non secondo gli altri partiti di centro o di destra che stanno raccogliendo sempre più successi, mentre la sinistra estrema non sembra essere in grado – sono trascorsi cent’anni ormai da Rosa Luxemburg – se essere pienamente legali o meno.

Dulcis in fundo, la corrente di pensiero romana che scopre di essere sempre stata liberal dopo 50 anni di comunismo sfegatato o che molto puerilmente ritorna a Cristo perchè era un protosocialista che divideva il pane e amava tutti …

Cosa dire? My compliments … martiri e riformisti d’altri tempi si saranno stancati persino di rivoltarsi nella tomba.

Cosa chiedersi? Perchè gli elettori di sinistra continuano ad inseguire un’utopia mentre la realtà cade a pezzi. Non sarà mica  una coazione a ripetere … se il mondo politico della Sinistra continuasse ad esser tale, promettendo tot e realizzando poco, male e in tutt’altra direzione.

Come anche potremmo chiederci perchè, in Francia e Italia, tanti cittadini non hanno ancora compreso che in politica non si votano i sogni (gli ideali) ma si delegano gli uomini – questa è la realtà dei fatti – e non vincono i desideri pindarici ma il successo è sempre nell’aurea mediocritas che accontenta i più?

Dunque, prima di lanciare critiche e accuse a Matteo Renzi, se si discosta dalla ‘tradizione’, sarebbe il caso di chiedersi se si ha un’alternativa.
